Mangabeira Pavilion

Mangabeira Pavilion is organized around the presence of existing trees, letting the plan bend to clearings and shade. Material choices remain quiet—mineral bases, timber elements and textured surfaces that hold light without glare. The architecture works through paced transitions: covered outdoor rooms, controlled apertures and long edges that track sun, wind and the slow growth of the landscape. Rain and strong sun are moderated by deep eaves and permeable screens, producing an atmosphere that is bright but never exposed, and always oriented to trees.
